Sunday winds the festival down with “World Music Day”. A celebration of musical talent and styles from across the globe, including performance from Headliner AMAN HAYER, Maroon Town, Coventry Bhangra-Rap group Offlicence, plus Soweto Entsha and dhol drummers and dancers.

The main stage will come alive with some of the most vibrant sights and sounds witnessed at Godiva. Further performances come in the shape of 19-year-old Scottish singer-songwriter RACHEL SERMANNI, (pictured) a young girl rapidly making a huge name for herself with her earthy folk melodies and dextrous fingerpicking.

The afternoon will draw to a close with the sights and sounds of MAROON TOWN, a vital and exciting Brixton based, multi-racial nine piece band which combines ska, reggae, breakbeat, rap and dub in a high energy musical fusion, guaranteed to send everyone on their way with a smile on their faces!

Saturday Headliner – Cast

Saturday continues with a showcase of the very best in Indie-Rock music, with some of the biggest names on the British music scene appearing. CAST will be the headline act on the main stage, where they will be supported by The View and The Pigeon Detectives. Further live music comes from local artists Russian Gun Dogs, Pint Shot Riot and Fallows.

The Rhythm Tent will host a strong line up of artists with a celebration of Urban, Hip-Hop, Rap, Reggae, SKA and 2-Tone music from some of the biggest names on the grime scene including P.Money, Dot Rotten and Headliner SKEPTA (pictured) as well as live sets from up and coming stars Lady Leshurr and Monsta. Get ready to get up and dancing along to some of your all time favourite 2-tone tunes and ska classics with britska band “the Communicators” plus many more guaranteed to get you moonstomping the night away!

Friday Headliner – Echo & the Bunnymen

The opening Friday night at Godiva 2012 kicks off with a real blast from the past with a host of big names guaranteed to excite and entertain the crowds, as 80′s legends Echo & the Bunnymen headline the main stage. The much loved retro theme continues with live performances also coming from 90′s favourites Space (pictured) while the night begins with shows from rising stars Kites and the Warwickshire based Coves.

The Rhythm Tent will play host to the final of “Godiva Unsigned”. Six local unsigned artists who have battled through the knockout stages in live venues across the city, have one final chance to wow the audiences, with the ultimate prize on offer of opening up proceedings on the Saturday main stage.
