To make the Godiva Festival a fun and enjoyable experience for all, please follow these simple guidelines:
Conditions of entry
- Please do not bring alcohol to the festival
- Patrons may be subject to searches as a condition of entry to the fenced area
- Coventry City Council and their representatives reserve the right to refuse entry
- Anyone appearing drunk or likely to cause crime or disorder will be refused entry
- Those found in possession of drugs or weapons at the festival will be reported to the Police and will face exclusion and arrest
- CCTV images are being recorded and monitored at the festival for audience safety and crime prevention
- Strobe lighting will be used during the festival
- Responsible dog owners are welcome. Please keep your pet on the lead at all times and clean up after your dog in the event of fouling. Dogs cannot be taken into tents
Guidelines
- Please use litter bins provided
- Do not bring disposable barbecues or light fires
- Smoking will not be allowed inside any of the tents
- There are NO camping facilities at the festival
